Win up to $100,000 playing the Wheel of Fortune Scratch-it games! Enter your non-winning tickets for a 2nd chance to win a Wheel of Fortune 2nd chance drawing. The Oregon Lottery will be sending three (3) lucky winners on a VIP trip for two to Los Angeles and a chance to spin the Wheel with Pat and Vanna in Hollywood!

B. VIP PRIZE**: Each VIP Prize winner will receive:

Four (4) night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles to participate in the special Wheel of Fortune game.

This VIP prize includes the following:

· Travel dates will be Tuesday, February 28 through Saturday March 4, 2017.

· Round trip coach air fare for two (2) to Los Angeles LAX Airport from any major Oregon commercial airport.

· One (1) deluxe hotel room for five (5) days/four (4) nights at the Marina Del Rey Marriott.

· Ground transportation to and from the LAX Airport and the hotel.

· Ground transportation to and from Sony Studios and the hotel.

  • Bus tour of Hollywood for two (2).

· Two (2) tickets to a Welcome Reception hosted the first night of the trip.

· Two (2) tickets to the Non-Broadcast version of the Wheel of Fortune Game Show and may have the opportunity to participate for a chance to win up to $1,000,000, for more details see the Spin to Win Prize description below.

Spin to Win prize :

· Each VIP winner shall have a chance to be selected as a contestant in a non-broadcast version of the Wheel of Fortune Game show with Pat Sajak and Vanna White as hosts. The Non-Broadcast TV Show shall be part of a multi-state promotion, and grand prize trip winners from other state lotteries shall be participating in the Non-Broadcast TV Show as Game show Contestants (collectively, "Multi-State Winners"). During the Non-Broadcast TV Show, each Game Show Contestant may have the chance to play Wheel of Fortune and to win up to one million dollars ($1,000,000) in prizes.

· VIP Winners and Multi-State Winners who are not selected as Game Show Contestants shall be randomly assigned to a team ("Game Show Team") with each Game Show Contestant named as the team captain. Each Game Show Team shall win the equivalent cash prize as their team captain. Team prizes shall be split evenly among the Game Show Team members. Prizes awarded on the Non-Broadcast TV Show shall be cash only; no trips or merchandise shall be awarded as prizes. Each VIP Winner shall receive a DVD of the Non-Broadcast TV Show.

· Each VIP Prize winner shall also have a chance to spin the Wheel of Fortune wheel one (1) time during the non-broadcast lottery players-only taping of Wheel of Fortune to win a cash prize ranging from $300 up to $2,500.


To enter, a player must register and enter non-winning ticket information into the 2nd chance website on www.oregonlottery.org.

2. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

3. The cut off for submission of entries is Tuesday, November 15, 2016, at 11:59 p.m. PST.

D. DRAWING: The drawing date will be held on or around Wednesday, November 16, 2016.

1. There will be one (1) entries file consisting of all the entries.

2. A random number generator (RNG) drawing will be performed selecting an entry which will be winner one, another RNG drawing will be performed using the same entries file to select winner two. If winner one and winner two are the same player, another RNG drawing will occur to select another entry which will now be winner two. This process will continue until there are thirteen (13) unique players (three (3) winners and ten (10) alternates.)


1. Notification of the winners will happen no later than three (3) business days following the drawing date. The Oregon State Lottery will notify the winner(s) by using the current player-provided contact information: e-mail, certified mail, and phone. The initial notification will be by e-mail, followed by certified mail, and lastly will be a phone call.

2. The winner(s) will have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of initial e-mail notification to claim the prize.

3. If a winner is disqualified, then the 1st alternate will be notified following the above notification process. If another winner is disqualified, then the 2nd alternate will be notified. This process will continue until the prizes are awarded, there are no more alternates, or the timeframe to book the trip has expired. The expiration date to book the trip is Tuesday, January 3, 2017.***


1. A winner may claim the prize:

a. in person at the Lottery Headquarters in Salem, Oregon, or

b. the Lottery's payment center in Wilsonville, Oregon, or

c. by mail.

2. If a winner is claiming the prize by mail or in person, the winner can start the process by attaining the Winner Claim form:

a. By accessing the Oregon Lottery website at http://www.oregonlottery.org/about/claim-prizes to obtain a winner claim form; or

b. By requesting to receive the winner claim form by mail.

3. The winner claim form must be received at the Lottery within fourteen calendar (14) days from the initial notification.

4. General Information:

a. Once the completed winner claim form has been received, IGT Global Solutions, Inc. ("IGT") will contact the winner to make the travel arrangements.

b. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes or fees unless otherwise stated by the Oregon State Lottery.

c. The VIP Prize and Spin to Win prize are not transferable, and a winner may not assign or otherwise transfer any right to receive the VIP Prize or Spin to Win Prize.

d. The VIP Prize and Spin to Win prize cannot be redeemed for cash.


1. Lottery will pay the required withholding taxes for the VIP Prize. Federal tax and state tax will be withheld based on current withholding rates for Oregon State Lottery prizes and will be paid by the Oregon State Lottery.

2. The winner is responsible for the taxes on the Spin to Win prize.

*This Special 2nd chance drawing is governed by the Lottery's general Terms and Conditions for 2nd chance drawings and these Special 2nd Chance Drawing Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Special 2nd Chance Drawing Terms and Conditions control.

**Each winner will receive two (2) IRS W2G tax forms. The Oregon State Lottery will provide the W2G form for the VIP Prize, and IGT will provide the W2G form for the Spin to Win prize.
